Back for the second time in our showroom, this 1965 Trophy Blue
Corvette is a true show quality coupe. Restored in 2007,
this beauty had a complete ground up make over. Stripped
to the bare fiberglass, re-gel coated, refinished in lacquer.
Complete new tinted glass, new chrome front and rear bumpers,
front grille tail lamp bezels and lenses. Powered by a
327/365hp matching #'s motor, rebuilt in during the restoration process.
Show quality finish with an extremely nice straight body.
Highly polished bright work with new emblems, weather strip and
window felts. The interior was completely restored, black
leather new seat foam, door panels, headliner, new gauges, am/fm
radio restored teak wheel, 80lb oil pressure, 6500 RPM redline tach, new sill plates, rear view mirror, glove box insert and
facet trim, shifter with complete linkage and new seat belts. New
seat backs, highly detailed instrument cluster, everything
works!
The engine bay is highly detailed, factory Winter alum intake,
correct Holley carb, restored factory correct transistorized
ignition, over flow canister, correct fuel filter, vacuum
advance distributor shielding correct exhaust manifolds, PS, new
radiator and clutch fan, correct GM hoses and clamps.
Looking at the underside, ground up restoration, finished in
2007. Complete new front end components, upper and lower
ball joints, inner and outer tie rod ends, Pitman arm, upper and
lower control arm bushings, new front springs, new shocks, wheel
bearings, dust shields, rebuilt calipers, brake hoses, e-brake
system, spring bushings, correct pulley, damper, harmonic
balance, correct fuel pump. New side exhaust with shields,
rocker moulding, heat insulation, spring tags, ground straps, PS
control valve is new. Gas tank and sending unit.
This Corvette is for the discriminating buyer, no expense
spared on the restoration. A great addition to any collection. |
