Comments:  Who's your grand ma!  Minus the wheels, does this 65 Malibu remind you of something your grand mother drove to church, or fetchin' some moonshine?  Attractive Artesian Turquoise exterior and untouched Aqua interior collectively made this Chevy a great color combo.  Only 18,301 actual miles!  Powered by an L79  327/350hp, M20 wide ratio Muncie transmission, very rare.  Excellent chrome, trim, glass and bright work.  Fantastic body lines, period correct SS Crager wheels with radial tires. (orig. steel wheels with poverty caps and bias ply white side wall tires are included.)  The vehicle has been well preserved and has spent most of its life in Oregon and Calif.  Incidentally, the orig. owner was an older lady from Greenfield OH, according to the documentation which includes the dealer invoice, Bill of Sale, Protecto Plate, Window sticker and a copy of the OH Title.  You may ask...how does a car like this stay in such great, original condition?  Well, someone may have stored it for years in a garage, and it may have only been driven in fair weather.  This 65 Malibu has no signs of rust or repair.  The underside is like brand new.  New dual exhaust with Flow Master mufflers gives this sleeper a persuasive rumble, and it means business.  4 new shocks, F41 sway bar was added in the rear, also, a 1" HD sway bar up front was added for better handling purposes.  The trunk is spotless with the original spare tire and original jack.  Under the hood is priceless.  Rare option L79 engine, new ceramic coated headers with original exhaust manifolds in the trunk.  L79 Winters alum intake, Holley carb, correct air cleaner element.  No power brakes.  Petronics electronic ignition in the distributor for reliability, Harrison radiator, really, all the right stuff!  In 1965, only a few cars were ordered with this performance power house, unfortunately, this car was not one of them, this one was originally a 6 cyl, 3 spd. with 140hp L-6 engine and white side wall tires were as basic as they come.  Remarkably, this car is solid, original and clean as a whistle!  The perfect interior, carpet, seats, door panels, headliner, factory 1965 seat belts, brilliant instrument cluster has no signs of wear or tear, not soiled, not faded!  Radio delete.  Now what do you think of grand ma's car?   This 65 Malibu is one hot ride and truly must be seen to appreciate.
