Pontiac builds excitement! Feast your eyes on this 67
Starlight Black GTO. It is nothing short of MINT!
The flawless mirror finish is just stunning and is reminiscent
of days gone by. Just out of restoration, this
Starlight black 1967 GTO is a rust free CA car, built in
Fremont CA, 3rd week of Dec. 1966. Totally original sheet
metal, rebuilt 400 #'s matching engine, 60 heads, harden valve
seats, bronze valve guides, CA smog emissions, orig. carb
intake, Harrison radiator, R-59 Delco battery, correct fan
clutch, factory exhaust manifolds, PS, PB, factory 4 spd. Muncie
trans., rebuilt. Complete under carriage restoration, new
from front to back, laser straight orig. body with a fantastic
high gloss finish, you can see the depth of the paint!
Proper alignment to hood, doors, and deck lid. Original
glass, except new replacement windshield. New black vinyl
top, restored bright work and stainless. New wheel house
mouldings, beautiful lower rocker mouldings with no flows or
dings. High attention to detail. New emblems, trim,
restore show quality front and rear bumpers. The rear tail
light bezels are excellent, new front grille and grille
surround. New headlight bezels, complete weather strip,
restored 14" Rally II wheels with new BF Goodrich red line
silver town radials. Under the hood is absolutely
stunning, only 8 miles driven since completion. Inside
the trunk has the orig. style spare tire, jack and mat, notice
the restored deluxe seat belts. Super clean rear quarters
with no patch panels, factory spot welds. The under side
is as nice as the outside. Smooth frame and floor pans,
detailed in 60% gloss GM restoration paint. New front end
components, upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rod
ends, Pitman arm, center link, sway bar bushings, upper and
lower control arm bushings, brakes and e-brake cables. New
2 1/4 dual exhaust with dual mufflers and correct exhaust tips.
Also, new front springs, shocks. F41 sway bar in the rear.
The rear has air shocks and hold air with no leaks. No
rust issues in the wheel house areas, orig. fuel and brake lines
are in great shape. Orig. gas tank, new u-joints.
Never off the frame, still has it's factory rubber body mounts
all in very good condition. The appearance of this GTO
will certainly turn heads. The interior is completely
restored, carpet, seats, door panels, pkg tray, headliner, dash
pad. Complete new wood grain applique, factory am radio.
Rally gauge cluster was restored, factory tach, brilliant
console with orig. Hurst shifter w/ correct shift ball.
All the hardware is new, arm rest pads and bases as well.
Speedo was recalibrated and set back to zero. Basically, a
beautifully restored Starlight black, #'s matching, 4 spd. car.
Comes with PHS docs and CA Title.
