This 1934 Nimblet 15 ' Sailboat has spent its entire life in Maine. Built by Cape Cod boat builders of Boston Mass, it was a sporting sail boat and one of the fastest, most nimble and most desirable offerings of its time. This stunning sail boat was bought new by the Peck family of Lewiston, Maine. The Pecks were the founders of Pecks department stores in Northern Maine back in the late 1880s and were sailing enthusiasts who preferred light, fast and responsive sail boats. A beautiful restoration of this Nimblet was done by Bath Maine boat builders and restoration. Constructed of Mahogany with inlaid accents, the Nimblet comes with two sails -- a new one as well as the original which has been restored. The boat boasts original hardware and has never been sailed since the restoration. As such, it will need to be soaked and rigged up prior to sailing. It comes with a Nissan outboard long shaft 8hp boat motor, fuel line, fuel can pull start. Comes complete with trailer. Delivery can be arranged if desired.
