"Original"color scheme according to the Data tag on this beautifully restored 427 dual Quad 1963 FE Center Oiler Engine. Professionally restored by one of the best Ford builders for Nascar. The Thunderbolt was only offered in Wimbledon White and Vintage Burgandy, but the previous owner wanted to build this car with the original factory color. This car has most of features of authentic one, and it's all fiberglass front nose, bumpers, light weight seats, heater and radio delete, fresh- air dual snorkel intake was all the features of what was done to this Ford performance machines. The car has a mirror finish, and all the floors, subframe, rear quarters, doors, and rear trunk lid are rust free.. All the pot metal trim, glass ,emblems, are "Original " to the car. The stainless trim & pot metal was professionally refurbished during the cars restoration back in late 90's. The cars equipped with an top Loader 4speed, 9" Ford rear, and the correct reinforced strengthened of the cars rear end. The Team at Tasca Fords Team built these cars using a Aluminum cased T-10 HD transmission because they were much lighter, but they weren't as reliable as the Top Loader 4speed Transmissions. The cars interior is simply "Stunning " The vibrant Red interior has been completely restored, and has a beautiful bright White headliner. Restored instrument cluster, radio delete plate , and only a complete rubber floor replacement of the carpet. Our team had to experience the ride in this Powerhouse Foand, OMG ! The front wheels come up the ground ! This car is intended for the Ford GearHead for sure. Well recognized in the Ford Carlise PA circuit. Many invitations to the Ford Nationals , and the glove box is signed by no other than "Milo Coleman" himself. How Cool is this Rarely seen example. Much more coming soon.
