The Buick still sports its all original, arrow-straight and rock-solid body panels and gleaming original Blue Mist paint that's accented with a crisp White vinyl top along with brilliant chrome and stainless-steel trim. Whitewall tires wearing original wheel covers and factory fender skirts further add to the Skylark's curb appeal. The trunk retains its original spatter paint as well as the jack assembly, spare tire and trunk mat. Inside, everything from the headliner to the pristine White upholstery and door panels and on down to the carpet is original and looks factory fresh. Even the steering wheel has no cracks -- very rare in a car that's approaching its 60th birthday. This Skylark was ordered with nearly every option apart from A/C. Highlights include power steering, power brakes, power windows, power seat, AM/FM radio and a power trunk release. Under the hood is Buick's stout 350 2-barrel V8 that smoothly sends the power to the rear wheels via a two-speed "Super Turbine" automatic transmission. Out on the road, the Skylark runs and drives as nice as you'd expect given its amazingly well-preserved and maintained condition.
