That “350” (to use old-school cubic inches) V8 was beefed up with an Edelbrock intake and fuel-injection system, a Mallory “Pro-Billet” electronic ignition, Hedman headers running through a dual Flowmaster exhaust with chrome tips, a four-core heavy duty radiator with dual electric fans and a transmission oil cooler. A 200-4R four speed automatic transmission sends the power to the pavement through a 4.10-geared, 10-bolt Positraction rear end. Power steering and power front disc brakes round out the S-10's performance. Inside the cab, several custom touches add to the special vibe of this well-done build. Namely, custom gauges and dash trim, along with a shortened first-generation Camaro console complete with a “staple” shifter and quartet of additional gauges.
